OUR PASTOR

Rev. Andross Milteer is the Pastor of A.K. Quinn AME Church in Moreno Valley, CA. Hailing from Long Beach, CA, Rev. Andross is a proud HBCU graduate of Jackson State University in Jackson, MS having received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. After which, having obtained a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington in May 2021. He currently serves an Expanded Learning Consultant and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Antwon and Constance Woods Family Foundation. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the Jackson State University National Alumni Association.

Rev. Andross was ordained within the AME Church in October 2022, where he received his first pastoral charge in May 2024 to Johnson Chapel AME Church in El Centro, CA. Upon serving the community of El Centro, he received his current pastoral charge in October 2025 to AK Quinn to serve the wonderful people and community of Moreno Valley, CA. Rev. Andross truly believes and lives by 1 Corinthians 13:13 “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”
